Domestic Shipping
At Blakte, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order swiftly. Once you’ve found your perfect statement piece, here’s what you can expect:
- Processing Time: We aim to process orders within 24-48 hours of placement.
- Domestic Shipping Fee: For all orders within Pakistan, a nominal shipping fee of PKR 200 applies, ensuring your style reaches you without any hassle.
- Delivery Times: Our standard delivery timeframe is 3-7 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.
International Shipping
We are currently focusing on perfecting our domestic delivery services and do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand our reach!
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can expect the tracking information to be active within 48 hours of shipping.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Blakte is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed delivered to the provided address. If you encounter such an issue, please contact your local authorities for assistance.
Return Request Days
Blakte allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.
Out of Stock Item Process
In case of out-of-stock, Blakte Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.
